因业务发展需要，我公司名称自2022年5月18日起，由“海信（山东）空调有限公司”正式变更为“海信空调有限公司”。此次变更已经过平度市行政审批服务局审核并生效，现向广大消费者、合作方通知如下：

1. 我公司仅仅对公司名称做更改，公司地址、产品型号及其他信息均不做任何变化；我公司以原名称生产、销售的相关产品性能、功能、售后、质保等不受任何影响，有任何疑问，可随时联系我们，造成的不便，敬请谅解。我们将继续为广大消费者提供优质的产品和服务。

   
   

2. 为了响应国家号召，节约生产资源，在一段时间内所生产的产品可能使用到原有的包装箱、产品铭牌等印刷品或包材，我们将尽量对上述生产材料进行技术处理。我公司承诺该等材料不影响产品性能和质量保证，并将提供妥善的售后服务。

   
   

3. 我公司以原名称签署的合同、协议、证明，及提交的投标资料等有关文件（如有）在其有效期内继续有效，我公司将严格遵守并认真履行上述文件；原海信（山东）空调有限公司债权债务均由海信空调有限公司承担。

Announcement on Name Change of Hisense (Shandong) Air-Conditioning Co., Ltd.

Dear customers and partners,

Due to business development needs, our company name has been officially changed from "Hisense (Shandong) Air-Conditioning Co., Ltd.” to “Hisense Air Conditioning Co., Ltd.”. Such change has been approved by the Pingdu Municipal Bureau of Administrative Services and has come into effect since May 18th, 2022, and now hereby notifying to customers and partners as follows:

1. We only change the company name, and there is no change to the company address, product models and other information. As for products manufactured and sold under the original company name, the following will not be affected in any way, including the product performance, function, after-sales service, warranty, etc. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Please accept our apology for any inconvenience caused by us. We will continue to provide products and services of good quality to our customers.

   
   

2. In order to respond to the national call to save production resources, the products may use the original packaging boxes, nameplates and other printed or packaging materials for some time, and we will make efforts in carrying out technical process of the above production materials. Moreover, we promise that such materials will not affect product performance and quality assurance, and we will provide proper after-sales service as well.

   
   

3. The contracts, agreements and certificates signed by our company under the original name, together with the materials submitted for bidding and relevant documents (if any) shall continue to be valid during their validity, and we shall abide by and perform the aforementioned documents seriously. Meanwhile, all credit and debt of Hisense (Shandong) Air-Conditioning Co., Ltd. shall be assumed by Hisense Air Conditioning Co., Ltd.
